Position: Assistant Professor of Music Theory

General Information:

Tenure-track position in Music Theory, starting fall 2015

Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in Music Theory or ABD; master's degree required; college teaching experience preferred.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include teaching core courses and advanced topics in multiple levels of undergraduate and graduate music theory and additional assignments commensurate with the candidate's expertise. The successful candidate will assume normal professorial duties, including scholarly activity and committee assignments.

Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
