Job Description/Responsibilities:

Act as Theory Coordinator for the department; teach Theory III and IV, Orchestration, Form and Analysis, and Electronic Composition.

Salary Range: $36,175

The Department of Music has 19 full-time and 35 part-time faculty, and approximately 200 music majors. The department, a member of the National Association of Schools of Music, offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Music (in Education and Performance), Master of Arts, and Master of Music degrees. The University of Nevada, Reno is a land-grant institution with approximately 17,000 students.
