Position: Full-time multi-year instructor of Music Theory

Master's Degree
Required Field(s) of Study Master of Music in Music Theory or related field. ABD or Doctorate preferred.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Teach lecture and aural skills courses in undergraduate music theory sequence. Teach an upper level/graduate music theory course each semester. Provide leadership and function as theory area facilitator, coordinate all theory placement assessments for undergraduate and graduate students. The normal teaching load will be 15 credit hours of course work per semester.
