Position: Lecturer of Music Theory/Ear-Training

General Information:

Spring 2017 only

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Music from a regionally accredited institution or university.
2. Candidate must have a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the field of music.
3. Strong teaching ability in Music Theory and Ear-training.
4. Functional keyboard skills required.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in music preferred.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate lower level music theory/ear-training courses as needed by the Department. Teaching load is estimated at 100%.

Salary Range: Salary commensurate with rank, qualifications and experience.
